As HR professionals, we know that the most important asset any organization has is its people. Additionally, I used AI to assist in creating and updating a client’s entire suite of HR policies, ensuring they aligned with the organization’s new strategy and modern perspectives. The experience not only enhanced project efficiency but also enriched the client experience. By incorporating AI-generated insights, we were able to explore alternative approaches, ultimately adapting the most relevant elements to meet the client’s specific needs. Through these projects, I’ve seen firsthand how AI can enhance and streamline HR processes. Beyond these examples, AI is making waves in HR across multiple areas.
