Carol brings to our team experience with clients in healthcare, recruitment, manufacturing, supply chain, and real estate. Carol is a strategic leader and collaborator with a history of guiding organizations through the changes accompanying transformations and exponential growth. Carol doesn’t only understand business; she understands people, which provides her with a unique skill set invaluable to an organization undergoing transformation.

Carol holds a master’s degree in Project Management and a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She is currently working towards a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a particular interest in leadership.
